Supplementary Planning Documents

The guidance on how planning policies are put into practice is set out in Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs). As an allocated Site, Buckinghamshire Council is in the process of consulting on a Masterplan SPD for the Shenley Park Site. Crest’s proposals are expected to comply with the guidance set out in the SPD, and we are working closely with planning officers to ensure that we can stay aligned.

Before we submit an outline planning application, we wish to thoroughly consult the local community on the detail of our proposals. As such we are keen to gather feedback and opinions about our emerging proposals in conjunction with the SPD consultation to ensure the delivery of a shared vision for the Shenley Park.
